Saturday 12/5:

THE Miley Cyrus and her Dead Petz will be bringing a night of unimaginable entertainment at the Electric Factory. The show sold out within minutes from first being on sale and she will be accompanied The Flaming Lips. You can expect outrageous costumes, crazy outbursts, and endless fun. Have a blast, ticket holders!

For a more chill night, head to The Fillmore to see British rock band The 1975. They are one of the coolest bands to rock to and feel all the rebellious, young angst. Their sound is seasoned for their age and they are selling out shows all over Europe. The show is sold out, but try for tickets here.

Our October Artist of the Month Church Girls will be presenting a Neil Young tribute show at Ethical Society of Philadelphia. Church Girls has a strong fan core in Philly and their next home show that we know of isn’t until February. Get more info on this intimate performance here.

Get ready to rock out! One of our favorites RFA will be at The Fire. The show includes more bands like Reckless Serenade, With Our Teeth, and Above The Mendoza, and starts at 4pm, so if you wanted to catch the other shows for this night you certainly have that option. Get tickets here.

Sunday 12/6:

Deerhunter from Atlanta is returning to Union Transfer on Sunday night. They will be supported by Atlas Sound, which is a solo endeaver of Bradford Cox, the lead singer of Deerhunter. Their new album is coming in May and now is the chance to get to hear some of their new tracks. Get tickets here.

Tattooed Mom is probably one of Philly’s coolest hidden treasures. The idea of breaking out the old wookie costume to throw down with a crowd as fun as theirs is too enticing for words.

Eric Hutchinson sounds even better live. I am sure he will put on a great show. This weekend I’ll be drowning in my tears, as I will not be at Miley…
