Saturday 1/30:
Jack’s Mannequin is touring to celebrate 10 years of Everything in Transit. Andrew McMahon was in Philly in November as Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness and performed his Jack’s Mannequin and Something Corporate songs, there’s nothing quite like seeing the band back together for a sold-out show at the Electric Factory.

Philly band RFA plays at MilkBoy with The Chelsea Kills on Saturday for a night of getting to know your local bands. RFA has blown us away at our Spring Fling last year. Their sound is garage rock with a hint of noise rock, like that of Weezer. Get tickets here.

DJs Yellow Claw are going to take over The Fillmore for those that love to dance on Saturday night. The trio from Amsterdam will keep you on your feet all night with their songs that feature impressive artists like Becky G, Maty Noyes, and Tyga. Get tickets here.

Sunday 1/31:

Radio 104.5’s Winter Jam 2016 is back for another year at XFINITY Live. Andrew McMahon is Philly-lovin’ with his second night as a headliner for this year’s Winter Jam. Other artists on the lineup include Elle King, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Coleman Hell, and local bands Summer Scouts, American Dinosaur, and Cold Fronts. It’s a free event but you needed to be lucky enough to get the tickets during the crazy download dates that ran out of tickets within seconds.

Winter Jam starts at noon and ends with enough time to walk across the parking lots to see Muse at the Wells Fargo Center with X Ambassadors. The stage setup for this show allows for a 365-degree view by the band as they play in the middle of the arena. Muse’s album Drones that came out the past June is intense and Matt Bellamy’s voice is as expressive as ever. Get tickets here while you still can.
