This weekend is looking to be perfect weather for shows, with the exception of Saturday’s rain during the day. Don’t let it stop you from getting out to see your favorite bands!
This Is Hardcore kicks off the 4 days of rocking out. Night one is at Union Transfer. The lineup consists of many seasoned bands, including Youth Of Today, Burn, Code Orange, and many more. The show is sold out for tonight, but you can still try to get tickets for the other nights at the Electric Factory.
The Hush Sound is playing a sold out show at The Foundry. The indie band from Chicago has had their ups and downs but got back together to make some more awesome music. Check here quickly to see if resale tickets are available.
Coldplay‘s back in Philly for a sold out show at Lincoln Financial Field. You can expect a lot of color and drama from Chris Martin and the lighting. If you were in love with their Super Bowl Halftime performance, then you’ll definitely love their show. Try finding resale tickets here.
Avant-garde metal band Boris from Japan are at Union Transfer. In business for more than two decades, they have a cult following around the world. Their style is ever-evolving and refuses to fit into one genre. Tickets can be purchased here.
It’s Brit band night at The Fillmore, with Bush playing downstairs on the main stage, while TTNG plays at The Foundry upstairs. TTNG just put out Disappointment Island in July through Sargent House. Tickets for Bush are available here. Get tickets for TTNG here.
Radio 104.5 Block Party is here again at Festival Pier with another stellar lineup. Philly band Sonnder will kick off the day, followed by The Rebel Light, 888, Bishop Briggs, and The Struts.
