There’s one thing that’s clear — Philly loves Garbage, the American- Scottish alternative rock band led by rock goddess, Shirley Manson. Known for hits like “Only Happy When it Rains,” “I Think I’m Paranoid” and “Special,” the band has been making waves since 1993 and is stronger than ever. They performed an energetic 22- song set at the Fillmore this past Saturday and fans couldn’t get enough.
