Saturday, October 5th- Rock On Philly’s Songwriters in the Round at the Tin Angel!

Join Rock on Philly on Saturday October 5th  at The Tin Angel for our first ever Songwriters in the Round! The Tin Angel is located at 20 S. 2nd Street and is one of Philadelphia’s famous listening rooms, having played home for many esteemed artists, including Susan Werner, Everything But the Girl, and Dar Williams. Come eat, drink, and listen, as Rock On Philly curates an amazing night of talent when 5 of Philadelphia’s own talented singer songwriters share the stage. The show begins with Jennifer Logue, Rock On Philly’s Founder, who got her start in music on the artist side of things, having performed at Virgin Mobile Freefest and opening up for Steely Dan’s Jon Herington. Bruno Joseph (Former Belle)will also be taking the stage with his guitar strumming and soothing voice with heavy folk influence. He has toured Europe, has a large following, and has been described by one Rock On Philly writer as “her favorite human.” The other acts, Natalie Chapkis, Dani Mari, and Paul Saint John are all emerging artists bursting with undeniable talent. Doors open at 6:30 PM with the showcase running from 7PM- 9:30PM.  Rock on Philly Songwriters in the Round costs $10 at the door, but capacity is limited so we suggest you purchase tickets in advance to ensure a spot. Come out to the event, enjoy some delectable food, sip some delicious wine,  and immerse yourself in acoustic goodness.
