Those Darlins Bring Nashville Rock to Kung Fu Necktie

Don’t let the name fool you: Nashville trio Those Darlins are not some group of pop dolls who will serenade you sweetly into the night. No, what’s so darling (okay, great) about Those Darlins is just how hard they rock, even on their softer numbers. They’re punchy, and clever, and never found without the signature twang in their guitar–a big clue that this group is Southern rock ‘n roll, through and through.

Check them out in the Youtube session above with spooky fellow Nashville rocker Adia Victoria, who joins them tonight at Kung Fu Necktie to celebrate the release of the trio’s newest album, Blur the Line. Also on the bill will be Philadelphia’s own self-described “troll rock”er Ron Gallo, whose abstract songs and unique approach should round out the night nicely.

Tickets for tonight’s show are still available. Doors are at 7PM and the show starts at 8PM. Sorry, underage rockers, this one is 21+ only!
