Best Weekend Ever: XPoNential Music Festival, Summerfest Live, and More!

The XPoNential Music Festival is upon us again, along with many other great shows around town. Be sure to check out one or more of these shows!

Friday 7/24:

Friday kicks off the XPoNential Music Festival held at Camden Waterfront. This weekend hosts many great artists in a family friendly setting. Most of Friday night’s shows will take place at Wiggins Park, with the lineup including JD McPherson, The Word, and Dawes.

Saturday 7/25:

At noon, Philly duo Vita and the Woolf will be starting the day off at XPonential, followed by Hop Along, Calexico, and more.

For beer lovers in the city, Summerfest Live! Summer Craft Beer and Music Festival at Xfinity Live will be happening from 3-7pm. With plenty of breweries and live bands in participation, this will definitely a good ol’ day-drinking fun.

If you’re staying on this side of the river, Brooklyn songstress Emily King with Jaime Woods at Underground Arts. Grab your tickets here and don’t miss out on a funky night.

If you’re craving an outdoor show, New York’s indie rockers Interpol will be at Festival Pier. These guys have been rocking since the 90’s and if you haven’t seen them yet, here’s your chance. Tickets are available here.

At Susquehanna Bank Center, St. Vincent and My Morning Jacket are performing as part of the XPoNential Music Festival headliners for that day. St. Vincent sold-out her last show in Philly so you don’t want to miss out on this one!


Sunday 7/26:

If you couldn’t catch Floetry at their sold out performance last weekend, don’t despair! Floetry is coming back for more with a Sunday performance at the TLA with Janine and the Mixtape! Get tickets here.

George Ezra and Grace Potter are closing out XPoNential Music Festival. Grace Potter is putting out a new album in August that you might catch some previews of if you stick around for the entire festival.
