Don’t let the daunting feeling of summer almost being over stop you from having fun this weekend. There are tons of fun shows to pick from while the temperature still lingers in the 90’s…and may require you to keep some decorum!

Thursday 8/20:

Country rocker Jimmy Buffett will be at Susquehanna Bank Center with Huey Lewis and the News. Get tickets here for a chill night of sipping on margaritas.

R&B and Broadway star Stephanie Mills and sax-man Boney James will be performing a night of classy jazz at the Dell Music Center. The lineup includes even more talent, so check out the event and grab your tickets here.

Friday 8/21:

After work, head over to the Art Museum for Reggae Night starting at 5pm. Local musicians Natural Selection will be performing at the Great Stair Hall. Feel cultured while listening to great music surrounded by beautiful artwork!

Local band Summer Scouts will be at MilkBoy. They have opened for Born Cages at MilkBoy last year, so they are no stranger to the wild crowds that the venue brings in. Get your tickets, and go check them out!

If you’re near Wilmington, DE, the Pop-Up Beer Garden Winterthur Museum starts at 4pm. Live music will be performed by Polkadelphia. It’s free to enter, so grab a friend or three and have an awesome time with great food and booze!

Saturday 8/22:

Reminisce the sound of the 90’s and early 2000’s with 95.7 Ben FM Summer Concert at Xfinity Live with Sugar Ray, Better Than Ezra, Uncle Kracker, and Eve 6. Keep in mind it’s a 21+ event. Tickets are available here.

Philly band Foxtrot and the Get Down will be performing at Boot and Saddle. They impressed audiences at Hollystock Music Festival and Musikfest in Bethlehem with their bluesy rock. Get tickets here.

If you find yourself out down the shore in New Jersey, guitar legend Carlos Santana is coming to the Borgata in Atlantic City for two nights. Get tickets here!

Sunday 8/23:

Omaha’s The Good Life, originally scheduled to play at Boot and Saddle, has moved their show to Union Transfer. Get tickets here.

Sofar Sounds Philly presents a second night in August on Saturday. Sofar Sounds shows are a secret, and they will announce the location and full lineup two days before the show date. Check out their website for more info and to RSVP for the intimate show here.
