If you haven’t already heard of them, Lolawolf is a trio composed of Zoë Kravitz on lead vocals, drummer Jimmy Giannopoulos, and keyboardist James Levy. As the lights dimmed, the band casually walked on to stage and took their place as their fans even had the pleasure of being able to stand right up to the stage. They opened their set with their latest single, “Everyf***inday” as Kravitz moved with swagger across the stage. “What’s Up” from their 2014 album Calm Down was up next. The sound booth engineer was on his game as the strong percussive sounds cut clearly and aggressively. Their popular tracks “Jimmy Franco” and “Calm Down” had the crowd moving and singing along.
