Philly is gearing up for the winter holidays already! Tunes and activities galore, from singer-songwriter tunes, pop-punk revivals, beer, and so much more, there’s so much you need to do set your weekend off right.

Thursday 11/19:

The mysterious Slow Magic is hitting up Union Transfer with his dreamy synthpop and wolf mask tonight, along with Giraffage as part of their So Cute! Tour. He describes his tunes as “music by your imaginary friend,” definitely a show not to miss! Get tickets here.

If traditional pop and biting lyrics are more your speed, the incomparable Mary Lambert is bringing her viscerally self-aware songwriting and beautiful voice to The Foundry tonight. Get tickets to see the Grammy-nominated singer here.

My Morning Jacket will be taking over The Tower Theater with their dad-rock tunes and bearded faces, presented by WXPN. Celebrate no-shave November vicariously through social media…because this show is sold-out!

Friday 11/20:

Our winner of the Battle of the College bands Andorra will be taking over Radio 104.5’s New Music Discovery stage at XFINITY Live!, along with other Philly guys Alright Junior and Sonnder. The free show starts at 9pm, so head on over and show your support!

LIGHTS will be lighting up at TLA with her electro-soul tunes and crazy-energetic performance, presented by Sirius XM on tour for her latest album Little Machines. Get tickets here.
