JibberJazz Productions announces a creative lineup of regional and national talent for their 11th Annual Some Kind of Jam Music and Camping Festival.

The festival brings together a diverse range of funk, bluegrass, soul, reggae, jazz and psych rock musicians for a weekend of live shows, workshops and outdoor activities. The Eastern PA fairgrounds feature sixty acres of campgrounds, equipped with permanent restrooms and showers and electricity access for RV’s, nature trails, fishing waters as well as an assortment of food and craft vendors.

The festival is entirely self-produced by JibberJazz, featuring some of the best in cult-favorite experimental underground acts from around the country. This year, Some Kind of Jam features a jazz-funk fusion favorite from across the pond. Along with Vermont-based psych-rock favorite RAQ and Bethlehem polka punks This Way to the Egress, the festival welcomes British headliner, The New Mastersounds.

The four-piece jazz-fusion band boasts an impressive list of musical collaborations with artists and producers, including jazz saxophonist Lou Donaldson, New Orleans-based The Soul Rebels, and singer Corinne Bailey Rae. The group’s classic funk sound has been praised throughout international jazz and R&B communities, who have sought after the band’s rhythmic synergy as the perfect groove-inducing compliment to a given track.

Some Kind of Jam 11 takes place April 22-24, 2016 in Schuykill Haven, PA. $80 presale tickets, include cost of weekend camping, and are available now through www.jibberjazz.com.
