It’s almost April and rainy weather can’t keep true fans away from the shows. From reigning pop royalty to something a bit more underground, Philly is packed with talent and the best shows not to miss this weekend. Check out one of these if you didn’t already have them on your radar!

Thursday 3/31:

Punk rockers Unwritten Law from California and Fenix TX are on tour together and will be performing at Underground Arts on Thursday night. They will be supported by local ska band Behind Deadlines and Suck Brick Kid from Orlando. Get there early, because Behind Deadlines is a good time and one not to miss. Get tickets here.


Friday 4/1:

Dance Yourself Clean is putting on a sold out show at Johnny Brenda’s featuring Australian singer Andy Clockwise. Andy Clockwise is releasing his new EP The Good Book on April 8th, so you will most likely catch a few of his new music off the EP.  His music is catchy, dance-inducing, and charting all over Australia.


Wolf Alice from London will be at Union Transfer. They have come around Philly often and have built up a strong fan base. They were recently nominated for Best Rock Performance at the Grammys. Their grungey sound Get tickets here while you still can.


Thomas Fec, aka Tobacco will be playing at First Unitarian with Lord RAJA. His electronic hip hop is something straight out of an acid trip and will blow your mind. You can dance to his music, or completely space out and take it all in. Get tickets here.
