Friday 11/25:

The Districts sold out at Johnny Brenda’s for three nights in a row. Night one is Friday. The Philly band has been catching national attention for a while now and they’ll be surrounded by family, friends, and fans at their hometown series. If you don’t have a ticket, try begging a friend who may have an extra ticket.

Bassist Peter Hook of Joy Division and New Order will be at Trocadero performing Joy Division’s Substance in its entirety as Peter Hook & The Light. They have been selling out shows across Europe and the world ever since they’ve toured in 2010 to perform Joy Division and New Order classics. Buy your tickets here.

Saturday 11/26:

A$AP Ferg released his latest album Always Strive and Prosper in April, and he is at the TLA for his album tour. “New Level” featuring Future was the lead single off the album and it’s the highest charted track of the album. Tickets are available here.

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead is coming to The Fillmore to bring you more Grateful Dead music. The band comprised of talented members but will be missing New Hope band Ween’s Dave Dreiwitz as they are currently also on tour. On a cold Saturday night, warm yourself up with a jam band in one of Philly’s best venues. Tickets can be purchased here.

The Japanese House has been selling out venue after venue this tour and it’s no different in Philly, where it is sold out at The Foundry. If you have tickets, you’re in for an intimate night of electro-goodness.

Sunday 11/27:

17 year old Sabrina Carpenter of Lehigh Valley sold out her show at The Foundry. The Girl Meets World star and singer-songwriter released EVOLution in October. She wrote every song on the album with help from some super talented artists like Steve Mac and Jimmy Robbins.

Soul goddess Andra Day will be at Union Transfer to close out your weekend. She was nominated for Best R&B Performance for “Rise Up” at the last Grammys and wowed us with a performance during the award ceremony. Her fashion is definitely something to look for in addition to her amazing vocals. Get your tickets here.
