Thursday 11/3:

Canadian pop duo twins Tegan and Sara are bringing their awesomeness to The Fillmore. They have been nominated for an Oscar for their collaboration with The Lonely Island for “Everything Is Awesome” from The LEGO Movie. Their latest album Love You To Death is fire. Their shows are known for their hilarious banter and chill vibes. Get tickets here.


The Motet from Denver with Philly band Swift Technique are performing at Ardmore Music Hall. The Motet are almost two decades active and their funky jazz is infectious. Friday 11/4:

The Orwells have consistently put out good music, and they are back in Philly at Underground Arts. Their latest album Terrible Human Beings are available now for pre-order, and will be released in February. Head out to the show if you’re impatient and can’t wait to hear some of their new stuff. Bayonne and El Ten Eleven at The Foundry. El Ten Eleven from LA are a duo consisting of Kristian Dunn and Tim Fogarty. Their latest album Fast Forward came out in 2015 after a hard year for them. Their sound is ambient and unique as they leave you hanging on for resolution. Tickets are available in advance here.


Daughter is back in Philly for a night at Electric Factory. Last time the British band played Philly, it was for a sold out crowd at Union Transfer. They’re a known name in Europe and steadily becoming so in the US. Don’t miss out on a chance to see them. Tickets are available here.


Rapper Machine Gun Kelly is performing another sold out show at TLA. He is selling out shows across the country and in Canada this time around. His laid back attitude and He’s only 26 but his career has taken off, expanding into acting and record producing as well. If you’re still looking for tickets, try looking here.


Saturday 11/5:


The duo from LA that intrigued us in 2011 with “Safe And Sound” are back. Capital Cities is performing at TLA on Saturday night. Whether they will perform the heavy choreography from the music video during the song will be up in the air. Regardless of their dancing, you’ll sure be dancing along to their energetic and groovy beats. Get your tickets here.


If you just want to go to a good old dance party, go to Dance Yourself Clean at Underground Arts. The music there will be different from what you would hear at a normal, overpriced club and the atmosphere will be packed with energy. Tickets are available here.

Sunday 11/6:

The White Buffalo is Jake Smith, an American singer-songwriter, and he will be performing a set at The Foundry on Sunday night. His music will be relaxing and inspiring, and a perfect way to wrap up the weekend. If you’re a Sons of Anarchy fan, you may recognize many of his songs that he’s written for the show. Tickets are still available for purchase here.


Girlpool, hand, and Neolibz, are performing at Baird Mansion Atrium for an exclusive night that’s limited to only 100 audience members in order of arrival. Tickets are available only at the door. The event starts at 8 but get there before 7 to make sure you get in!
