Drexel University’s Entertainment & Arts Society will be presenting their annual Night of the Arts at Drexel’s URBN Annex (3401 Filbert Street) this Friday, May 19. Starting at 4pm, the six-and-a-half hour event will be home to dozens of music, theater, and dance performances in addition to artwork displays, student film screenings, raffles, and of course complimentary refreshments. The night will conclude with performances from some of the most-talked about Philly bands as of late, with sets from TIOGA, Grayling, Henri Tyler, and Blueroom.
Tickets are available in advance on Eventbrite, and can also be purchased at the door. Tickets are free for Drexel students, alumni and faculty, $5 for non-Drexel students with valid ID, and $10 for everyone else. Over one hundred Drexel students had a role in putting this night together, be it through performance or through behind-the-scenes work, so please come out to support the growing community of Philly-bred artists and curators!
