Many old time favorites are coming around this weekend. Check out who is coming and plan your best weekend ever!

Thursday 6/22:

Any given summer night is a night perfect for Dirty Heads and SOJA. Both of these bands regularly come back to Philly in the summer for a good time. Come to Festival Pier for a reggae fusion-filled night. Tickets for the outdoor show are available here.

FYI, the John Legend show originally scheduled for Thursday at BB&T Pavilion has been postponed to July 24th due to illness. Hold on to your tickets and send him good vibes!

Friday 6/23:

Diana Krall is bringing jazz and class to Philly with a performance at the Kimmel Center. The Canadian singer-songwriter with many awards to her name recently released her album Turn Up the Quiet and it features her cover of Cole Porter’s “Night And Day.” Tickets are available here.

Country trio Lady Antebellum is coming to Camden at BB&T Pavilion. They don’t just look good, they also sound awesome. If you need some country now, head over to Jersey for the night to catch these Nashville superstars in action. Tickets for the show are available here.

Saturday 6/24:

New Kids On The Block with Philly’s Boyz II Men at the Wells Fargo Center. These 90’s heartthrobs are touring the country giving a rush to 80’s and 90’s kids. Remember how crazy people went when they saw Boyz II Men make an appearance in Grease Live? Relive those moments and buy your tickets to the spectacle here.

Lord of the Rings fans will be gathering at the Mann Center for a special screening of Return of the King. The beautiful music of Howard Shore comes to life with the movie accompanied by members of the Philadelphia Orchestra. The Mann puts on movies with spectacular soundtracks throughout the summer and this is one of them that you can’t miss if you’re a serious fan of the series. Tickets are available here for the picnic-friendly show.

Sunday 6/25:

Dead & Company is coming back to BB&T Pavilion for the chillest of Sunday nights. The Grateful Dead and John Mayer fusion has never sounded better. Watching Bob Weir and John Mayer interact and riff off of each other is something else. Tickets are still available here.

If you need a healthy dose of 90’s alternative rock, go see Third Eye Blind and Silversun Pickups at Festival Pier. Both bands have not quit touring and their classic hits are still getting play time on the radio. They’re the bands you should check off your concert bucket list before it’s too late. Tickets are still available online here.

Ireland’s biggest rockabilly superstar Imelda May is coming to Union Transfer with her powerhouse voice and stage presence. Her latest album Life Love Flesh Blood is an excellent mix of sultry and edgy. You will not regret seeing her live. Tickets can be purchased here.
