One of the best things about the Philly music scene is that it offers every genre you could want: rock, funk, jam, reggae, soul, and everything in between. On Saturday, April 21st, MilkBoy Philly is hosting a night full of our homegrown talent that represents a swarth of musical styles.

The BeardFest Presents show will feature funk rock outfit Nik Greeley & The Operators, reggae / funk / fusion band Underwater Sounds, and prog rockers Out of the Beardspace. This show will be the first time Underwater Sounds have played together in over two years, and OOTB also recently took an extended hiatus.

Rock On Philly had the opportunity to speak to the artists before they hit the stage on Saturday on why this show is so meaningful for them.
